Pork Belly, Apple and Cider
Serves 2 (two boxes of one portion)
Slow-cooked pork belly, cider sauce, sliced potato and apple. SERVES 2 (two boxes of one portion)
Tender and melting pork belly, root vegetables and mini new potatoes, finished with cider, stock and cream sauce.
Serve with green steamed vegetables for a fantastic easy dinner.
Ingredients: Pork, cream (MILK), onions, garlic, stock herbs, wheat flour (GLUTEN), potato, carrot, parsnip, leek, apples.
How to cook: Defrost overnight. Heat with the lid on at 180 C for 25 mins until piping hot.
Can be kept frozen for up to 2 months. (Two boxes of one portion)
