Wild Pheasant and Partridge breast, outdoor reared minced pork, toasted almonds and redcurrant jelly and a hint of English mustard, encased in puff pastry.
This dish can be served as a delicious dinner with seasonal vegetables or as a stand-alone picnic or lunch dish. This is our seasonal flag bearing local product, you will not be disappointed!
Ingredients: Partridge pheasant, onion, garlic almonds (NUTS), MUSTARD, MILK, EGG, redcurrant, flour (GLUTEN), herbs, margarine, E330, E160A, E471, bacon (PORK)
How to cook: Defrost overnight. Place on a baking sheet, bake at 190 C for 35-40 minutes, until golden. Serve hot or cold.
Can be kept frozen for up to 2 months
