Dorset Braised Lamb
Braised Dorset lamb, red wine, mint, rosemary and garlic, with braised winter vegetables. SERVES 2

Soft rich grass grazed Dorset lamb, mint and rosemary, cooked in red wine alongside winter root vegetables. Serve with a creamy mash and mint jelly. Delicious!
Ingredients: Lamb, onions, garlic, red wine, CELERY, stock, four (WHEAT), herbs, red currant jelly (sugar, pectin, citric acid).
How to cook: Defrost overnight. Heat at 180 C for 30 minutes, with the lid on, until piping hot.
