Ordering and Shipping Information
Due to the preparation and delivery logistics, we make our deliveries Tuesday to Friday.
Order before 2pm on
Monday – Delivery will be made on Wednesday by Courier 8am to 8pm
Tuesday – Delivery will be made on Thursday by Courier 8am to 8pm
Wednesday – Delivery will be made on Friday by Courier 8am to 8pm
Order on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday – Delivery will be made the following Tuesday by Courier 8am to 8pm
We deliver on Saturday by arrangement but there is a surcharge from our couriers – please call us on 01300 348526 or email email@example.com for a quote or to discuss requirements.
We do not deliver on Monday, Saturday or Sunday at present, due to keeping the meals fresh.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our chefs have made our Divine Frozen Food as simple as possible. Leaving the food in their ovenproof containers, you only have to defrost and reheat in the oven, serve and enjoy
Please order before 2pm for 48 hour delivery. Orders received after 2pm will be sent the following working day.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not deliver on Monday, Saturday or Sunday at present, due to shipping times and keeping the meals fresh.
Select your preferred item/s, place in basket and enter your delivery address at the checkout. Please add any instructions to the delivery driver in the space provide. If you experience any problems, or technology is not your thing, please call us on 01300 348526 and a member of the team will be happy to help.
You can find allergen information on the detailed information of each dish, prior to purchasing. The packaging is also labelled.
However, we use nuts and gluten in abundance. Our Kitchens use all allergens, and so for that reason, we are not able to guarantee ‘free from products’.

If you require a Saturday delivery – please call us.
We use DPD to send our Plush Pantry Hampers and Divine Frozen Foods. They deliver 8am – 8pm.
If you provide us with a mobile number or email, we should be able to provide you with DPD tracking so you can see where your driver is.
Smaller items such as Sweet Treats may be sent 1st class mail.
If you’re not going to be in you can give us or DPD a leave safe instruction or request for the box to be left in a safe place.
Our boxes, if unopened, will remain chilled for 48 hours. We do recommend you unpack and refrigerate your box items as soon as you can after delivery to you.

Our boxes are packaged and well sealed. We use food-safe chill packs and an insulated bag or poly box within the box.
The ingredients will stay perfectly chilled for 48 hours. Though we recommend you unpack and refrigerate your box items as soon as you can after delivery to you.
We suggest enjoying your meal within two days. Keep refrigerated.
Packaging can be re-used for picnics or keeping drinks cool when the fridge is full!
Our aim has always been to provide our customers with a fantastic product, and great service, but from time to time, things don’t always go as planned.

We are working very hard with our collection and delivery drivers who are under a lot of pressure due to the massive increase in parcels as a result of the 2020 COVID shopping habits.
We will do our best to forward tracking information but if your delivery has not been made on the allocated day – please call and we will do our very best to resolve any issues.
The food is well packed and should not be spoiled if it takes an additional day to get to you.
